  • Second wave of Animal Crossing!

January 20th, 2010 Posted in Sheet Music |

More Animal Crossing sheet music! Does it stop here? Who knows. Maybe they’ll be a third wave, maybe there won’t.

From both the Gamecube and Wild World versions I finally arranged some background music. I chose these hours specifically because they were either memorable or just sounded nice on piano. My favorite background tune was definitely 2 AM from Animal Crossing Wild World. It sounds a bit like something Erik Satie would write. Pretty random for it to play at that time of the night though.

The two K.K. tunes I transcribed are K.K. Lullaby and K.K. Etude. K.K. Lullaby sounds so much nicer in the K.K. Slider version. Needless to say I was disappointed when I finally got the aircheck for my house. And K.K. Slider’s version of K.K. Etude is actually one of the few pieces that are easier to play than the aircheck version. I’d learn it myself, but to be honest, I don’t like the piece very much. Sounds like he was trying to imitate Mozart and if that’s the case, I’d just rather play Mozart! 😛

That’s about it for now. School starts for me again tomorrow so I’ll have a bit less time to arrange stuff. Doesn’t mean my updates will be scarce suddenly! I got a nice MP3 player for Christmas so I’ll be spending some of my breaks arranging music on manuscript paper in the halls, then I’ll simply write it out on the computer at home. Right now I’m working on some requests and maybe I’ll throw in some more Animal Crossing if I’m still in the mood.

    Happy playing!
