  • Updating again

February 2nd, 2013 Posted in New Stuff, News, Sheet Music

    Because it’s been over a year now…

I made a New Years Resolution to update more this year and I intend to follow through with it! My goal is 10 new sheets a month and a promise of at least 100 new sheets this year. Not off to the best start missing January, but I intend to fix that! More February updates.

Every month there will be a poll on the side of the site. This poll will dictate the theme of sheet music for the following month. I left a poll running all last year and Animal Crossing won the vote, so that’s what this month will mostly consist of. Future polls will try to avoid biased results though, as most people who find this site came for Animal Crossing sheet music to begin with!

The site will be undergoing a few changes in design and structure. The old navigation structure will change, so some links may not work for a bit. I’d like to arrange music from other consoles, movies, series, etc. Not to mention the growing indie scene! Organizing sheets by Nintendo consoles just doesn’t seem like the best way to go about things anymore.

So anyway, starting the month with something simple: The main theme to Pac-Land.

Enjoy, and see you all tomorrow for the next update!

    Trauma Team and Month Updates

July 9th, 2010 Posted in New Stuff, Sheet Music

    Hey there.

Power was out at my house for a while. That and Summer School has kept me from updating these days. Hopefully there won’t be anything else keeping me from updating! I really don’t like going long periods without updates…

That being said, I’ve decided to go about updates differently. Instead of the past batch updates where there’d be 3 or more sheets posted at a time, updates will now generally be posted one sheet at a time. By no means does this mean less sheet music; it means I’ll be posting sheets as they’re finished. That means you guys get the sheets faster. Well, that’s the plan anyway. The “Newest Sheet Music” to the left will indicate all the sheets posted in the current month.

The first sheet for July was the request: Trauma Team – Rosalia’s GUILT. Most of it was for piano anyway. Oh, and just to clarify, I don’t finish the requests in any particular order. I do whatever requests I feel like doing at the time so that I don’t get a headache. Practically all of them get started. It just depends on my mood which ones get completed first.

    Until next update.

    Added/Removed some stuff

May 5th, 2009 Posted in New Stuff

Added a bit to the FAQ. Nothing much of importance. Removed Tetris Attack and Nintendogs from the Sheet Music Projects. I don’t know what I was thinking. Instead, I’ve added the games I plan to transcribe a lot of music from, not necessarily every tune in the game. Last thing, I’ve enabled Guest posting in the Request section and added a link to it on the top of the site for easy access. I strongly encourage you guys to request. Not that I don’t have any ideas myself, but I’d really like to see what other people want. So do it.

    An Update!!

January 28th, 2009 Posted in New Stuff, Sheet Music

I finally updated. 4 new sheets. Finally got around to doing Steep Hill (aircheck) from Animal Crossing Wild World. I think it was a request a while back. Anyway, yeah, I know it’s not much. I planned to make the update bigger. Technical difficulties. I’ll fix them at school and hopefully you’ll have another update by next week with 4 more sheets.

Oh yeah, semi-new affiliate. I added Wazkatango’s Sheet Music to the links page under Affiliates. Check his site out. It has plenty of good sheets.

    Itsy Bitsy Update

July 20th, 2008 Posted in New Stuff, Sheet Music

Unfortunately due to my crappy computer, I can only update with two sheets. The first one being from Castlevania in which I was very surprised was not arranged earlier! The only other arrangements of Castlevania music I’ve seen around the net are from Daniel Brown, but he stopped at Level 3 for some reason. I’ve transcribed Level 5 and will get to Level 4 if this computer cooperates. The other sheet is not from Nintendo. If you look to the right LEFT (edit: Wow, I fail at directions…), you’ll notice the new category: Other. This includes Anime, Television, and other consoles. This transcription was actually the first one I ever did from a request on the internet.

Anyway, enjoy. I’ll try to get more stuff up next update.

    New Site Launch!

June 21st, 2008 Posted in New Stuff

The new Wyvern’s Music is here. It’s called Ninty Fresh! And I made a nice fresh new design to go with it. Easy to navigate and all my favorite colors. Be sure to change your URL’s if you’ve linked me. I was hoping to get it out sooner but school got in the way.

Unfortunately no new sheet music but I’ll get some up there soon enough.

    Anyway, enjoy!
