Internet censorship at its worse. The bill would effectively make it illegal to perform copyrighted works like VGM (punishable by 5 years in prison) and give the government power to block websites that host that content. Sites like Youtube, Twitter, and other free speech websites could be shut down.

Urge your senator to oppose this Bill!

A Request and Nostalgia

Long time no update.

I’ve arranged an old request back when the Nintegrity forums were running. Folsense from Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box arranged for violin and piano, but the piano can be played on its own since it basically has the melody line as well.

Also watching my brother play old video games the other day, I decided to arrange the Stage theme from TwinBee for nostalgia’s sake.

Looking to the poll on the left, it seems a lot of people are still looking for Super Mario Galaxy 2 sheet music. I suppose I’ll get on that as well. Like I’ve said in the past, I don’t forget about requests, but some take a while to get to.

Anyway, enjoy the sheet music.

100 sheets and new site design!

And now the official release of the 100th sheet:
Tales of Symphonia – Revival.

Like the new design? Layout wise it’s not too different from before, but quite a few changes were made with the page structure, color scheme, and graphics. I’m really happy with the new Ninty Fresh logo. Been wanting it to look like that for a while. Also, poll to the left.

This doesn’t mean I get to kick back and relax now. I’m eager to get some other projects started and continue transcribing, of course. Here’s to the next 100 sheets!

Oh and PS: Tell your friends. From what I’ve seen around the Net, a lot of people have requested sheet music for Revival from Tales of Symphonia. Now they can finally go ahead and play it.

Successfully Moved!

I’ve successfully moved Ninty Fresh over to the new server. Everything should be in working order. If not, just send me a message over on GMA and I’ll fix it right away.

Right now I’m in the process of adding the sheets that were arranged when the site wasn’t cooperating and modifying some of the pages for the new layout. The 100th sheet will officially be added when the site is revamped. Of course, if you want it earlier, there are ways to find it. It’s from Tales of Symphonia by the way.

Next update by next week hopefully!

EDIT: Oh, and sorry if your RSS feed has gotten flooded with past updates! This was obviously not intentional!

Server Move

Moving the site to another host. Out of all the free hosts I’ve used, I’ve enjoyed 110mb the most. Unfortunately it’s under new management now so the service isn’t quite what it used to be. I’m finally making the move to paid hosting. Anyway, the site will be down for a bit and files may not work right away. Patience.

After the move, the revamp of the site should come up some time next week.

Server issues apparently

So apparently the server is having issues. My host is working to move this site to a new one. In the meantime, I’m unable to upload new files. I updated on my Twitter about a new sheet from Kirby’s Epic Yarn for the time being. It will be uploaded here too when the server issue is resolved.

City Folk stuff

Hey there. It’s been a month, I know. Just letting you guys know I added some Animal Crossing City Folk sheet music. The game really doesn’t have much new music from the old ones so I just might go ahead and transcribe everything from it. There seems to be quite a large Animal Crossing fanbase that loves the music. Gotta please the fans.
I also hope the next Animal Crossing, the one for Nintendo 3DS I would assume, offers a bit more music-wise. There’s already one tune I’m waiting on. K.K. Slider always gives hints for what’s to come in the next game. There’s a tune without a name you can request from him, something he plays when you make a typo or request something not on his list of tunes, that I find beautiful, and like the case with Stale Cupcakes, the lack of an official name is the only thing preventing me from arranging it. Well, and the fact that no one’s uploaded it to Youtube yet. I suppose I’ll have to wait. (Animal Crossing fans might know what I’m talking about.)

First August update…

At the end of August!

Yeah, I got off track. Been trying to find a job these days. You’d think it’d be easy with all the students going back to school and everything. In anycase, I won’t be continuing the daily updates, but I’ll at least try to get updates every week. That I know I can do.

So anyway, newest sheet music is from StarCraft II! My brother bought the game at launch and one afternoon he just let the menu music play. I have a guilty pleasure for John Williams-esque music so I didn’t waste time going to transcribe it (though I did waste a fair amount of time with leaving the sheet on my computer). For now, this is only part of the main theme. (Link) The piano part starts at around 5:10 and I included the rest of the section which ends at 6:07. I didn’t include a cadence so it ends quite abruptly. You’ll have to be creative with that. And thanks to LurkingInShadowsBlog in the Youtube comments for breaking up the section names.

Anyway, I may have not been updating much lately, but others have.

One of the Affiliates, wazkatango, went and arranged ALL of the music from Kirby’s Block Ball. So if that’s not a good incentive to join the GMA forums, I don’t know what is.

Also, Riulyn’s RPG sheet music has been updating more lately. Be sure to check that out. New stuff from Tales of Symphonia among others.

And Ninsheetmusic has been updating with quite bit of stuff! They’ve also been cracking down on the quality of the sheet music. Very nice to see a shift in mentality to quality over quantity.

Countdown to 100

We’ve now reached 90 sheets on the site. That means 10 days or less until we reach 100! If all goes smoothly, that is. Knowing me something will probably come up, but let’s stay positive!

I’ll discuss the sheet music in a bit. There’s a pretty strong thunderstorm outside at the moment.

Incase you didn't notice

I’ve been updating daily. This is my way of making up for the lack of updates from either school or whatever else. So, if you’ll look to the left, you’ll notice new sheet music from Trauma Team, Tengen Tetris, Tales of Symphonia, Animal Crossing, and Baten Kaitos Origin.

I really want to get to the 100th sheet fast. I have something special in store for that one.
